In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, just return the item to us and we will credit you for the full purchase price of the item minus the cost of shipping and handling**.

The item must be shipped to us within seven (7) days of your receipt

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Please wrap your item carefully; package and ship it so that damage does not occur.

Product Warranty
Customer satisfaction is our Number One priority. We strive to use the finest wreaths, electronics, and decorations available on all of our wreaths.
Wreaths that are exposed directly to the elements will show wear and tear much faster than those that are protected from the elements. This must be taken into consideration when purchasing a wreath.
Wreaths that are protected from the elements will look better and last longer than those that are unprotected.
Wreaths
Our wreath bases are warrantied for one (1) full year from date of purchase against any defect in manufacture or craftsmanship.
Electronics
Lighted bows, incandescent lights, and L.E.D. lights are warrantied against any defect in manufacture or craftsmanship for 1 (one) full year from date of purchase.
Decorations
Silk flowers, bows, ornaments, christmas balls, and all other wreath adornments are warrantied against any defect in manufacture or craftsmanship for 1 (one) full year from date of purchase.
Exposure to the elements will make any warranty for decorations null and void.
