In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely thrilled with your Wreath purchase, just return the item to us and we will credit you for the full purchase price of the item.

Return Policy

• Unless specifically listed as an Indoor/Outdoor product, exposure to rain, snow or extreme weather for any of our items will make any guarantee null and void.
• There must be no sign of weather or exposure damage.
• The item must be shipped to us within seven (7) days of your receipt of the item (based on UPS delivery confirmation records).
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
• Items must be shipped insured and signature required. Please wrap your item carefully; package and ship it so that damage does not occur. We recommend using UPS or FedEx for return shipment.
• Your credit card will be credited the day that we receive the returned item.
• The credit applied will be for the full cost of the wreath.
  Unless there is evidence of obvious usage, there are no restocking fees, shelving fees, handling fees or any other hidden return fees.

Warranty Information

Product Warranty
Customer satisfaction is our Number One priority. We strive to use the finest wreaths, electronics, and decorations available on all of our wreaths.


Wreaths that are exposed directly to the elements will show wear and tear much faster than those that are protected from the elements. This must be taken into consideration when purchasing a wreath. Wreaths that are protected from the elements will look better and last longer than those that are unprotected.


Wreaths
Our wreath bases are warrantied for 6 months from date of purchase against any defect in manufacture or craftsmanship.


Electronics
Lighted bows, incandescent lights, and L.E.D. lights are warrantied against any defect in manufacture or craftsmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. Culpability of Company is limited to replacement of defective light set only.


Decorations
Silk flowers, bows, ornaments, christmas balls, and all other wreath adornments are warrantied against any defect in manufacture or craftsmanship for 6 months from date of purchase.


Exposure to the elements will make any warranty for decorations null and void.


No defective merchandise returns will be accepted after January 31st following the season you purchased the merchandise.

Free Shipping Information

Corner Crafters ships using UPS Ground in the U.S. and UPS Standard International in Canada.
All wreaths are shipped free of charge to the States and Provinces shown in the maps (below) with a delivery estimate shown*
All orders (24" to 6 foot) are shipped with our next scheduled UPS weekday pickup.
When your order ships we will email you the UPS tracking information so that you may track your delivery.
Canadian import duties (where applicable), will need to be paid upon delivery.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, AP0, or FPO addresses.
*States and Provinces not showing delivery estimates will need to contact us (sales@cornercrafters.com) to obtain a shipping quote.
